Chrysin is naturally extracted from the blue passion flower (Passiflora caerolea).It is also found in small amounts like honey comb. Chrysin is shown to have anti-inflammatory properties. Body builders use these supplements to increase their testosterone levels but there is an increasing consensus among scientists that Chrysin doesn’t has any significant effect on testosterone or estrogen levels.
